What you achieve:
- Ensuring and further developing the Trust Medical Service, especially with regard to improving processes and interfaces as well as increased use of technologies (in particular the use of AI, automation, optimization of regulations)
- Organizational and personnel management of externally mandated trust doctors as well as trust medical assistants, whereby the medical management of the trust doctors is carried out separately and medical expertise is therefore not necessary
- Ensuring an appropriate ICS and compliance, especially with regard to data protection aspects
- Responsibility for comprehensive compliance with all relevant legal provisions and guidelines of the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH), including continuous monitoring of changing legal frameworks, analyzing the impact on the Trust Medical Service, and implementing necessary adjustments
- Handling professional inquiries as well as reviewing the correct handling of data protection issues for internal interfaces
Why you succeed:
- (Technical) university degree or commercial training with appropriate further education
- Affinity for technological innovations in the healthcare industry as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills with solid knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system
- Proven experience in the health insurance industry, preferably in the area of the Trust Medical Service or claims department
- Several years of professional experience with at least five years of operational management experience - ideally in roles with direct customer interface
- Fluent communication in German, ideally also in French and Italian
