Your main tasks

• Orientation of economic assistance
• Consultation of persons in social, health, legal, and financial problem situations
• Ensuring and promoting professional and social integration
• Independent record keeping, development and implementation of decisions
• Collaboration within the specialist team, with internal and external specialist offices, institutions, insurances, and authorities

What you bring

• University of applied sciences degree in social work with professional experience in the field of statutory social assistance/asylum care or equivalent training
• Appreciative attitude and understanding for people in emergency situations
• Consulting and negotiation skills, high degree of self-organization and resilience
• Commitment, eagerness to learn, and joy in co-creating
• Confident oral and written expression, administrative skills with a flair for numbers
• Confident handling of MS Office and KLIB knowledge (advantageous)
