We are seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven, and solutions-focused professional to support our Treasury team for a 3-month period beginning January 2026. The role will focus on updating bank signatories, streamlining account opening and closure processes, and enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of Treasury documentation and data management.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Treasury team to update and maintain bank signatory documentation, ensuring alignment with corporate policies

Coordinate and support account opening and closure processes, liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion and compliance with internal controls

Maintain and reconcile bank account master data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all Treasury systems

Prepare and maintain Treasury-related documentation and correspondence using Microsoft Office applications

Identify process gaps and recommend data-driven solutions to improve accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.

Support ad-hoc Treasury projects, audits, and compliance initiatives.
Qualifications:

Ongoing education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in Excel and Word; ability to organize, analyze, and present data effectively.

Experience or exposure to Treasury or Banking operations preferred.

High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Understanding of corporate governance and internal control principles is preferred.

Proactive approach to identifying process improvements and automation opportunities is desirable.
