Job Description
What to expect
- As a key figure in the SIA service phase 41-53, you take overall responsibility for site management and organization of our integrally planned building construction and interior finishing projects.
- In your role as site manager, you independently lead an interdisciplinary project team in a solution-oriented manner and with high professional competence.
- You manage the cost- and result-responsible leadership of the specialist area of site supervision and ensure that quality, deadlines, and economic efficiency are always in harmony.
- In the integral planning process, you work closely with architecture, structural engineering, HVAC, electrical engineering, and external planning partners – supported by BIM. This holistic approach enables you to coordinate smoothly and implement innovative solutions.
- The ATP Green Deal serves as your green guideline for climate-neutral, future-proof, and sustainable buildings.
Qualifications
What you bring
- A completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable technical education.
- Several years of professional experience in site supervision with comprehensive knowledge of all service phases as well as experience in medium to large construction projects.
- Enjoyment of traveling to your respective projects.
- Very good knowledge of relevant approval and planning principles, laws, regulations, and standards.
- Routine in using software tools such as MS Project and iTWO.
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge in lean management – or willingness to develop in this area.
- Enthusiasm for sustainability, climate-neutral planning, and innovative solutions in line with the Green Deal.
