As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a key role in developing our client portfolio in France (North and East zone). You will be responsible for promoting our solutions, managing relationships with existing clients, and prospecting new markets.
At any point in the sales cycle, from quotation to closing, you can rely on our technical and project teams.
Main missions:
Business development : Manage existing clients, identify and prospect new potential clients in the French market (North and East zone) in the agri-food industry to develop revenue and achieve the assigned objectives within the company's commercial policy.
Client relationship management: Ensure follow-up with existing clients, understand their specific needs, and propose tailored solutions. Regularly report on actions taken and integrate data into our CRM.
Drafting commercial proposals: Develop technical and financial offers in collaboration with internal technical teams and under the supervision of the site manager.
Negotiation and closing: Lead commercial negotiations until the signing of contracts, ensuring satisfaction for both parties.
Technical support and project follow-up: Support clients throughout the sales process and after delivery, in coordination with technical and project teams.
Market analysis: Conduct market studies to identify trends, growth opportunities, and emerging needs in the field of process machinery for the agri-food industry.
Competitive intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and adjust commercial strategies accordingly.

Desired profile:
With a Bac+2/3 education, you have a dual technical and commercial skill set, and you possess at least 2 years of experience in selling technical solutions (ideally in the field of industrial machinery for the agri-food industry).
You are passionate about the technologies and processes of the industry and combine a global technical understanding with a strong interest in the agri-food industry, which allows you to be attentive to client needs.
Fluent English is essential to manage exchanges and interact with teams and factories based in Germany and Switzerland.
