In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for from August 1, 2025:
A Cook AFP at 85%
Your mission
- Develop the menus in conjunction with the nursery management and work closely with the educational team
- Ensure the management of stocks, orders, and purchases with suppliers meeting the expected criteria
- Prepare daily about a hundred dishes and snacks for children aged 4 months to school entry, taking into account allergies and eating habits
- Take an active part in the nursery project for healthy and balanced cooking and bring new ideas and improvement proposals
- Clean and ensure impeccable cleanliness of the kitchen according to HACCP criteria
Your profile
- Benefiting from training and a cook diploma as well as experience in an EMS or a nursery, training as a cook in dietetics or nutrition is an asset
- Sense of autonomy, organization, and commitment
- Culinary enthusiasm for feeding babies and young children
- Impeccable hygiene in handling ingredients
- Sensitive to ecology and favoring regional producers as well as seasonal products
- Management of tasks in parallel
