We are looking for a Co-Leader (60-80%) for our team
Your tasks
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of Customer Service Switzerland with 7 employees
- Organization, coordination, and continuous optimization within the department
- Creating offers, order entry, and support of demanding projects
- Collaboration in administrative tasks in Customer Service Switzerland
- Supporting employees with technical questions
- Handling complaints, creating credit notes
- Recording work reports of technical support
- Topic-related participation in cross-departmental meetings
- Responsible for approval in case of quality deviations
- Support in processes with Product Management
Your qualifications
- Commercial employee (EFZ) and/or with additional diploma (business administration, sales with federal certificate)
- Leadership and professional experience in customer service
- High customer orientation with the ability to set priorities
- Initiative and commitment to excellent customer service
- Good MS Office skills (Word / Excel)
- Flexible, proactive, dynamic with good analytical skills
- French language skills in spoken and written form
