The Fribourg hospital is looking for its Legal Service, attached to the General Secretariat, a
Legal Intern
for a one-year internship at 100%
Your mission:
- Draft letters and determinations on behalf of the institution in the following areas: medical law, data protection law, civil liability law, and social insurance law
- Participate in the management and follow-up of civil liability cases
- Conduct documentary and case law research
- Provide legal support to the medical and administrative services of the HFR and participate in the development of institutional directives
Your profile:
- Master's degree in Swiss law, preferably with a focus on health law
- Proficiency in French with good knowledge of German
- Proficiency in common computer tools
- Good writing skills
- Ability to work independently and conscientiously
- Rigor, precision, enthusiasm for in-depth work
- Ability to work in a team and interpersonal skills
- Initiative and flexibility

- You research relevant documentation and case law.
- You provide legal support for the medical and administrative departments of the HFR and contribute to the development of internal hospital directives.
Profile
