In this role, you are responsible for planning and coordinating all timetables and room schedules of the Department of Life Sciences and Facility Management. You ensure that resources are used efficiently and that the needs of students, lecturers, and internal stakeholders are optimally considered.
Your core tasks include:
- Creating and optimizing the framework and weekly timetables in the planning tool "Untis" for our Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs.
- Scheduling room requirements for all continuing education offerings as well as integrating exam schedule reservations.
- Planning, coordinating, and confirming all room requests at the Wädenswil university campus.
- Organizing and technically handling exports to the various systems.
- Publishing and communicating the timetables on the relevant online platforms (website and app).

- Completed commercial training or equivalent professional experience.
- Very good process, organizational, and coordination understanding.
