• You are part of the Data Team within P&C Pricing & Controlling and make a significant contribution to the operationalization and automation of our internal data processes through your work.
• You develop data marts on our cloud platform for use cases in Pricing & Controlling together with actuaries, controllers, and data scientists.
• You support the development of central industry cockpits for our stakeholders with relevant KPIs for business management.
• You are the contact person for technical solution designs and take our data pipelines to the next level with your experience and tech skills.
• Together with our IT partners, you get the best out of our infrastructure and generate added value for the company.
• You share your knowledge through pair programming, code reviews, and training sessions.

• You have a strong interest in the insurance business and enjoy understanding business processes and identifying the best technical solutions.
• You hold a university degree (ETH, university, university of applied sciences) in computer science, data science, business informatics, or a comparable education.
• You have knowledge of technologies for implementing data pipelines in the cloud (such as DBT, Dataflow, etc.).
• You have experience with data visualization (ideally with Apache Superset) or are willing to acquire it.
• You are "opinionated" regarding data architecture principles and the use of various technologies, without losing sight of pragmatism in implementation.
• You are data-savvy and do not shy away from complex ETL processes in SQL.
• You have good programming skills in Python and experience with various state-of-the-art technologies from the data science stack.
• You engage with our internal and external stakeholders on an equal footing, are strong in communication, and find constructive solutions together with them.
• You speak fluent German and English.
