Whether you are a career starter straight after your studies or have several years of experience - we support you on your path in psychiatric nursing. We are looking for you as a qualified nursing specialist for the psychotherapy department with a focus on affective disorders, starting 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

• You care for people with psychiatric illnesses and implement the nursing process within the key worker system
• You are part of the interdisciplinary treatment and contribute your perspective
• You support our central education team in training apprentices (FaGe) and students (HF/FH)
• You work in a lean-oriented environment
• You plan your shifts independently within the nursing team

Your Profile

• You are a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH, ideally with experience in psychiatry
• You take independent responsibility for key worker duties and carry the nursing case responsibility: medical-therapeutic case management lies with the doctor or psychologist
• You love dynamism, want to develop further and help shape things
• You are self-reflective, calm, patient and service-oriented
• You value teamwork, work process-oriented and are open to psychotherapeutic approaches
• You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
• You have good IT skills and are confident in using MS Office (Word, Excel)
