HYDRO Exploitation SA is an important service provider, particularly active in the operation and maintenance of power generation plants. We bring together all the necessary expertise under one roof, from maintenance personnel to engineering.

We operate and maintain a portfolio of more than 40 hydropower plants. Their installed capacity corresponds to approximately 22% of the hydropower capacity available in Switzerland (25% including the pumping stations). Together, the plants we operate generate about 16% of Switzerland's hydropower electricity.

Thanks to our unique expertise, we offer our customers services with high added value, meeting their diverse needs and high quality standards. Our range of services is aimed at electricity companies, public institutions, transport companies, and industry. We mainly operate in Switzerland but occasionally carry out assignments abroad.

Project Manager & General Director for Construction

Workplace : Hybrid

Your mission :

We are looking for a Project Manager & Senior Construction Manager who can manage and lead technical, multidisciplinary large-scale projects within the framework of the revision and renewal of hydropower plants.

Your tasks :

• Ensure the organisation, planning, and supervision of studies and works while guaranteeing compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality standards
• Identify deviations (in costs, deadlines, and quality) and take the necessary corrective actions
• Organise and coordinate the deployment of personnel and technical resources
• Organise and supervise the procurement of third-party services
• Lead and coordinate the various project stakeholders ensuring efficient communication
• Ensure the exchange of information with customers
• Ensure risk management and monitoring of control measures
• Contribute to the preparation of offers and amendments

Your skills :

• FH/ETH engineer, preferably in electrical engineering, automation, or mechanical engineering
• Completed training as a project manager, solid professional experience in managing multidisciplinary large-scale projects
• Experience related to the operation of hydropower plants or in the field of industrial plants is desirable
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Native German or French speaker with very good knowledge of the other language. English skills are required
