At Museum Lucerne, history and nature are made tangible for a broad audience. Behind the scenes, people are needed who keep an overview, coordinate processes, and professionally manage contact with visitors. In this role, you work exactly at this interface.
Your tasks
- You process inquiries about tours, workshops, and theater tours in a structured manner and advise customers - also by phone - in a service-oriented way.
- By booking events in the visitor management system and scheduling the guides, you ensure a smooth process.
- You actively support events and offers of the Education and Mediation team from planning to implementation.
- By maintaining website content, newsletters, and social media, you contribute to the visibility of the museum program.
- You assist in advertising events and offers, e.g., postings on site, Guidle, or social media.
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training or are currently studying and are interested in topics in the fields of history and nature.
- Very good communication skills in German (spoken and written) enable you to address your audience confidently and appropriately.
- Your independent, organized, and reliable way of working as well as your networked thinking distinguish you.
- You convince with your digital affinity and quick comprehension.
- Initial experience with content management systems and visitor management/booking systems is an advantage.
