Tasks
- General ledger accounting, payroll and asset accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and dunning
- Preparation of VAT returns for Switzerland and Germany including sales reconciliations
- SAP/ERP key user, participation in the further development of internal company processes and their automation as well as digitization
- Support and training of commercial trainees
- Deputy to the team leader of financial accounting with the option to take over team leadership in the coming years
Requirements
- Very good financial accounting knowledge
- Commercial basic training with or still in further training to become a specialist in finance and accounting
- Solid MS Office skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken German skills as well as good knowledge of French
- Flexible and resilient personality with an independent and reliable way of working
- Quickly grasp complex issues, develop customer-oriented solutions and implement them efficiently
