Your Tasks
- In the Patient Management department, you independently take on tasks in patient admission
- Master data entry in the KIS, elective service contracts, as well as in outpatient and/or inpatient patient care via Medico
- Communication with health insurance companies, social benefit providers, and referrers
- Ensuring proper billing of patients
- Support in the area of complaint management and invoice verification
Your Profile
- Completed training as a medical assistant or as a health care management clerk
- Experience with hospital information systems and Medico is desirable
- Quick comprehension, initiative, and enthusiasm
- Communication skills, reliability, and flexibility regarding working hours
