The Buildings, Sports and Estates Service of the City of Morges is looking to fill the position for the Buildings Office:

Heating and Sanitary Installer at 100%

Main tasks:

• ensure the installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC systems in municipal and school buildings;
• ensure the proper functioning of district heating installations;
• carry out preventive and corrective interventions to guarantee the safety, comfort of users, and continuity of service;
• actively participate in the energy optimization of installations, in a sustainable reduction approach of consumption and emissions;
• identify malfunctions and propose solutions for improving the performance of technical systems.

We wish for:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a heating or sanitary installer, or equivalent training;
• 5 years of experience in a similar position, with experience in HVAC maintenance and management of connected installations;
• mastery of current standards (SIA, SICC, AEAI, MOPEC, LENe, ISO, etc.);
• knowledge of district heating networks, their operation, and their substations;
• great ease with remote management tools (GTC/GTB, cloud platforms);
• driver's license (category B) and lift license;
• ability to work independently and rigorously;
• awareness of energy sobriety and sustainability.
