Our Mission
The political municipality of Fällanden operates the Sunnetal retirement center. The Sunnetal retirement center offers a home to 32 residents where they experience appreciation, security, and social interaction. The needs and wishes of the residents are important, and we tailor our services accordingly. The Sunnetal retirement center also runs the public Sunnetal bistro with a garden, which is visited by a diverse clientele of various ages.

For the area of care and support, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a
Temporary Health Specialist EFZ (Pool Employees Paid by the Hour)
with flexible workload
Your Tasks
- Ensuring appropriate, person-centered, holistic, and professional care and support of residents based on primary nursing
- Actively shaping the daily life of residents to enable the best possible quality of life and autonomy
- Executing medical orders, preparing and administering medications
- Maintaining and ensuring contact with relatives and third parties
Your Profile
- You have completed vocational training as a Health Specialist EFZ (or equivalent qualification) and preferably have professional experience in long-term care
- You maintain an appreciative and respectful approach to residents, relatives, and colleagues
- Strong social skills, independent and responsible working style, flexibility, and openness to change
- Very good oral and written German skills complete your profile
- Knowledge of interRAI LTCF and EasyDOK is also desirable
- For foreign qualifications, the federal recognition certificate (SRK) is required
