Residential home with day structure and
studio for people with
disabilities

The Wohnheim Öpfuböimli Foundation in Oberaargau in the canton of Bern offers at its two
locations in Huttwil a comprehensive, professional living, leisure, activation, and care service
on a Christian basis for fifteen adults with cognitive or multiple impairments.

To strengthen our "Studio/Day Structure" team, we are looking for a

Specialist Employee: Day Structure 40 - 60%

Your tasks

• You accompany our residents in the studio and in their daily lives
• You support the residents in activities in the studio
• You assist the residents with personal care and daily activities
• Together with the team, you develop new products and activities
• You work directly with the residents and also help with care.

Your profile

• You have a professional qualification in activation, social pedagogy, or equivalent at secondary or tertiary level.
• You have a flair for creative work.
• You are flexible, resilient, and contribute to the appreciative atmosphere in the team.
• Ideally, you have already worked with cognitively and physically impaired people and have no hesitation to assist with personal care.
• You are also willing to work on some weekends.
