The Sägermatt Retirement and Nursing Home offers a home to 50 people in need of light to intensive care from Lengnau and the surrounding area. Of these, 12 places are in the residential group for people with dementia or special needs. We support and promote their existing resources and are particularly committed to meaningful and enjoyable life and daily activities.

Activation Specialist 40 – 50% (m/f)
You bring
- Completed or equivalent training, willingness to complete it, as well as professional experience as an activation specialist
- Joy, patience, and empathy in dealing with our elderly people
- Ability for interconnected thinking and acting
- Independent, proactive, and team-oriented working style
- Creative, humorous, loyal, and resilient personality
- Basic IT skills
Tasks
- Co-responsible for a needs-based and resident-oriented activation offer according to the mission statement and care concept
- Organize, design, and lead various social and musical group and individual activations
- Appropriate handling of people who show physical and psychological changes
- Assistance in planning, organizing, and carrying out events, excursions, and activities
- Coordination of offers within the house
