You enjoy working in a structured way, keep an overview even with complex processes, and feel comfortable in digital logistics systems? As an AVOR specialist, you ensure the system-side and organisational preparation of picking. In doing so, you ensure smooth processes and support the team in the efficient processing of orders.

Your tasks

• System-technical and organisational preparation of picking orders
• Maintenance, checking and processing of order- and warehouse-relevant data in ERP/SAP/EWM
• Coordination and monitoring of order processing in close cooperation with picking and adjacent areas
• Clarification of inventory discrepancies, shortages and process problems as well as initiation of appropriate measures
• Ensuring efficient processes and continuous optimisation of work preparation
• Support in the introduction and further development of processes, system functions and projects

Your profile

• Completed basic training in logistics or a commercial basic training
• Several years of solid experience in logistics or picking
• Sound knowledge and experience in the use of ERP/SAP/EWM
• Experience in the implementation or further development of SAP/EWM processes is an advantage
• Good MS Office and M365 skills as well as very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Independent, solution-oriented and resilient working style as well as strong communication and team skills
• Willingness to work shifts from Monday to Friday between 5:00 and 20:00 and every third Saturday
