We treat people with acute treatment needs in the field of geriatric psychiatry. To innovatively further develop our nursing quality, our interprofessional team is looking for committed individuals for the role of:
Your tasks
- Nursing, care, and counseling of patients aged 65 and over as well as their relatives, especially in complex situations
- Taking on delegated tasks based on your qualifications and skills, e.g., leading case discussions, supporting the team in complex nursing situations, or coaching in the implementation of the nursing process
- Collaboration and networking with the internal competence center "Specialist Development and Care" as well as with external agencies
- Participation in the clinical and conceptual further development of evidence-based practice
- Professional responsibility in cooperation with the ward management as well as co-responsibility for the further development of nursing quality on the ward
Your profile
- Nurse FH or HF sur Dossier (Recognition certificate from the Swiss Red Cross for a foreign diploma)
- Ideally professional experience in psychiatry and/or gerontology
- Knowledge and interest in quality development and project management
- Enjoy working with patients and a high level of responsibility
- Flexibility and resilience in a constantly evolving team
