About the job

We are looking for you by arrangement as

• You lead, motivate, and promote a group of eight to ten employees of the Central Emergency Department 
• You ensure professional care and the nursing service mandate and are responsible for the organization and control of the ward operation
• You contribute to interdisciplinary collaboration and additionally take on the tasks as an Expert in Emergency Nursing NDS HF

• You have a postgraduate degree in Emergency Nursing NDS HF as well as at least two years of professional experience as a certified Expert in Emergency Nursing NDS HF
• You bring leadership and/or other management training or are willing to complete such training
• You have very good social, professional, and leadership skills
• You are a balanced, appreciative, and team-oriented personality who recognizes conflicts in time and can develop appropriate solution strategies
