We are looking for a committed and warm leading veterinary practice assistant who enjoys taking responsibility and shaping the further development of care and organizational processes together with us.
Our VPAs are the hub of our animal clinic. Do you enjoy supporting our small animal owners in everyday life and would you like to work as a Leading VPA for our clinic?
Your tasks:
- Co-leadership of the VPA team
- Ensuring as smooth a clinic operation as possible
- Point of contact for the concerns of the VPAs and recognizing challenges within the VPA team
- Development and implementation of new structures and workflows
- Assistance in the operating room and care of inpatient patients
- Onboarding, training, and further development of new and existing employees
- Close collaboration with veterinarians from various specialties
- Occasional work on weekends and evenings

We wish for:
- Diploma as Veterinary Practice Assistant (EFZ)
- Several years of professional experience in a clinic or larger practice
- Experience in team leadership or motivation to take on this role
- Organizational strength and independent working style
- Team player, strong communication skills, and service orientation
- Reliability, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment in dealing with animal owners
- Good knowledge of German
