End-to-end payroll processing including social security, withholding taxes and payroll reporting
Independent management of financial and payroll accounting
Preparation of annual financial statements
Preparation of tax returns for individuals and legal entities
Advising national and international clients from various industries
Building your own payroll/accounting team and leading it with passion
Several years of professional experience in payroll and/or fiduciary services
Completed Swiss Federal Certificate (Fachausweis) in Payroll, Fiduciary, or Finance & Accounting
Precise, structured and independent working style with a strong customer orientation
Italian as a mother tongue, with good knowledge of English (additional national languages are an advantage)
Motivation to develop further towards a leadership or partnership role
Start: By agreement
Location: Lugano, with home-office options
