Workshop Manager Tunnel Ligerz (m/f/d) 100%

For the Swiss tunnel construction department, we are looking for you as Workshop Manager / Machine Master for the Tunnel Ligerz construction site. Your workplace will be Ligerz (BE), follow-up assignments are gladly possible.

What you will drive

• Operational management of the workshop
• Ensuring timely maintenance, servicing, and repair of tunnel construction machines and equipment
• Supporting machine suppliers with fault diagnosis as well as in complex repair cases
• Organization of materials, spare parts, and consumables (including inventory management)
• Monitoring compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection regulations
• Maintenance of machine and maintenance documentation (digital/analog)

Why you will succeed

• Completed apprenticeship as a construction machinery or agricultural machinery mechanic EFZ
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the industry, including experience as a workshop manager
• Knowledge in the field of tunnel construction machines and equipment
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style, as well as very good organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently, high motivation and commitment
• Sense of responsibility regarding occupational safety
• Good Italian or French skills are required, while oral German skills are an advantage
