This includes the "Alpha & Investment Management" department, within which we are looking for a dedicated and qualified Product Owner Alpha for the agile Scrum teams "Alpha Pathfinder (Customer Search)" and "Alpha Ambassadors (Customer Management)" who takes responsibility and significantly shapes our product. • Alpha (central employee workplace web application) as a front-to-back integration into the Finnova Banking Software in all its facets
• the task of meeting the demands of Finnova banks regarding flexibility and scalability
• innovations to take Alpha to the next level as part of the product team
• the professional leadership of two distributed Scrum teams according to agile principles
• collaboration with various stakeholders (both internal and external)
• acceptance and ensuring timely deliveries in compliance with the product roadmap
• maintaining and prioritizing the backlog to maximize value creation in product development

• a completed higher education in business, computer science, finance, or several years of professional experience with corresponding further training and banking expertise
• your deep understanding of the needs of bank employees and their digital work processes
• your proven experience in software engineering projects and agile principles
• your strong communication skills in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders – from customers to business units to software developers
• your sense for prioritization and your focus on maximum customer benefit
• your innovative, honest, and team-oriented personality
• fluent German and English
