The Ingenbohl Monastery, headquarters of an international community of sisters, is a lively place of encounter and togetherness. (Certified Nursing Specialist DN I / Nursing Specialist DN II / AKP / Psych. KP)
The holistic health concept combines the St. Josef retirement center, a health center with internal home care, and a department for assisted living. You will be able to work in this exciting area of home care in the future.
Area of responsibility:
• Taking over daily responsibility and ensuring the entire process with your team
• Care and nursing documentation
• Professional care, support, and advice for elderly nuns in all situations
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with all parties involved in care and nursing
• Promotion of professional long-term care
• Medical-technical tasks
Expectations:
• Education: Nursing specialist HF, Psych. KP, DN II, DN I or AKP
• Professional experience in care and support
• Communication skills, social competence, empathy, and understanding for our elderly nuns
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility, independence, and resilience even in hectic and emergency situations
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Good IT user skills
