- to get involved in internal and external research
- to analyze professional practices and manage the continuous improvement of care services
- to supervise, support and advise colleagues in complex situations
- to participate in the design and documentation of care processes and techniques
- to take stock and analyze the teams' needs in terms of training and clinical follow-up
- to work transversally with other HFR sites
- to actively participate in the clinical projects of the nursing directorate
- to collaborate closely with the medical-nursing managers of the unit
- to perform the function of nurse within the services by assuming all types of unit schedules
Your profile:
- nursing diploma in general care, ES or HES level, or equivalent training
- clinical nurse certificate or equivalent / or willingness to undertake it
- minimum 3 years of experience in acute care or equivalent experience
- knowledge of project management tools
- proficiency in French with good knowledge of German, an asset
- proficiency in common IT tools used in the institution

Tasks
- You act as an expert in your field of activity
- You base your care on scientific evidence (evidence-based care, EBP-EBN).
- You participate in internal and external hospital research projects
- You analyze professional practice with the aim of continuously improving care services
- You supervise, support and advise staff in complex situations.
You participate in the development and documentation of the nursing process and nursing techniques - You get an overview of the current situation and analyze the teams' needs regarding further training and clinical monitoring.
- You work transversally with other HFR locations
- You actively participate in the clinical projects of the Nursing Directorate
- You work closely with the department heads from medical and nursing staff
- You perform your function as a nursing professional in the departments and work all shifts
Profile
- Dipl. nursing professional HF or FH or equivalent training
- Dipl. nurse HÖFa I or equivalent degree or willingness to complete the corresponding HFP training
- At least 3 years of professional experience in acute care or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of project management tools
- French, good German skills an advantage
- Mastery of the usual IT programs used in the hospital
- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team
