Workshop Specialist 60% (Certified Specialist in Care EFZ)

For our location in Winterthur-Wülflingen, we are looking for an experienced personality as of June 1, 2026, or by arrangement:

• Care Specialist (People with Disabilities)
• Health Specialist

• You promote employees with disabilities in the workshop in their individual development.
• You support our clients with everyday tasks, take on nursing activities, and accompany them through the daily routine as well as during shared lunch.
• You take responsibility for the educational planning and the execution of work processes.
• You are actively involved in shaping the group process and take responsibility, for example, in the production of own products or customer orders.
• You take care of administrative tasks and support cross-departmental projects.
• You ensure collaboration with relatives, legal guardians, as well as internal and external specialist offices.

• Because you have a qualification as a Certified Specialist in Care EFZ (people with disabilities) or experience in the mentioned professional groups.
• Because you have several years of professional experience with people with disabilities in the workshop.
• Because you are creative and have manual skills.
• Because you are not afraid to pitch in with care and bring solid expertise.
• Because you bring a high level of social competence and independence.
• Because you have a professional and appreciative attitude towards our employees with different needs.
