The Brühlgut Foundation supports and promotes people with disabilities and offers them 134 residential places, 319 work and employment places, as well as around 40 training places in Winterthur. It operates an occupational and physiotherapy practice for people from infancy to adulthood, as well as three integrative daycare centers.
Workshop Specialist 60% (Certified Specialist in Care EFZ)
For our location in Winterthur-Wülflingen, we are looking for an experienced personality as of June 1, 2026, or by arrangement:
- Care Specialist (People with Disabilities)
- Health Specialist
HOW?
- You promote employees with disabilities in the workshop in their individual development.
- You support our clients with everyday tasks, take on nursing activities, and accompany them through the daily routine as well as during shared lunch.
- You take responsibility for the educational planning and the execution of work processes.
- You are actively involved in shaping the group process and take responsibility, for example, in the production of own products or customer orders.
- You take care of administrative tasks and support cross-departmental projects.
- You ensure collaboration with relatives, legal guardians, as well as internal and external specialist offices.
