Your area of responsibility 

• Independent project and construction management 

• Developing concepts, design and execution plans, cost estimates, offers, and building submissions 

• Responsible for execution and scheduling as well as cost control and monitoring including construction accounting 

• Ensuring quality requirements and monitoring standards and regulations 

• Coordination and liaison with specialist planners, authorities, companies, craftsmen, as well as close support and supervision of the client

Your qualifications 

• Completed studies in interior architecture/interior construction supplemented by training as a draughtsperson EFZ architecture 

• Several years of professional experience in Switzerland as well as project and construction management experience 

• Confident use of MS Office and affinity for digital technologies 

• Very good knowledge of industry-standard software (ArchiCAD, Messerli) 

• Fluent German in spoken and written form as well as good English skills 

• Structured, solution-oriented, and precise working method
