As part of a succession plan, we are looking for a new member for our executive board who will be responsible for the Risk, Finance & Services area.

Your tasks

As a member of the executive board of Swisscanto Fund Management AG and Swisscanto Holding AG, the function participates in committees of the companies for collective investment schemes operated by the fund management (e.g. general partner AGs) and is responsible for the following tasks:

Planning and implementation of measures and activities of the fund management and the functional area with growth/risk orientation along the fund management strategy
Management of the financial accounting (including budgeting) of all Swisscanto companies as well as consolidation of the Swisscanto Group and reporting to the group
Profitability assessments and financial planning
Calculation and control of all fund fees as well as related portfolio management
Interface between the specialist departments and IT regarding the applications used by the fund management. Implementation of new requirements and user support
Development and implementation of control processes to ensure compliance with (new) regulatory requirements
Risk management of all legal entities of the Swisscanto Group as well as the investment funds of the private label partners
Ensuring investment compliance of all investment funds
Instruction and supervision of tasks delegated by the fund management
Close cooperation, coordination and point of contact on responsible topics with the relevant departments within Zürcher Kantonalbank
Coordination and point of contact for the external audit company and FINMA
Management of the area across several management levels with around 45 specialists

Your profile

Completed higher business or economics education (FH or university)
At least 8 years of professional experience in a comparable position as well as experience in direct and indirect personnel management
Conceptual and strategic thinking skills and a structured approach
Comprehensive expertise in the area of collective investment schemes and the various legal and supervisory frameworks
Independent, precise and reliable working style as well as high quality awareness
Flexible, team-oriented, communicative and resilient personality with strong assertiveness
Very good German and good English skills
