You take on the day responsibility (without night shifts) over several floors and manage the entire nursing process prudently and securely. With your experience and sense of responsibility, you keep an overview even on busy days and make clear decisions.
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- You have a tertiary level education – (HF, FH, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- German is no problem for you – you communicate confidently and clearly.
- You work independently, tackle things proactively, and have a keen eye for what is needed at the moment.
- Organization suits you and you remain structured, even when things get busy.
- You think solution-oriented – pragmatic, clear, and straightforward.
