To strengthen our team in the Broker & Partner German-speaking Switzerland department based in Dübendorf (near Stettbach S-Bahn station) and to offer our customers high-quality services, we are looking for a Specialist Customer Support / Deputy Head of Customer Support in the private customer and corporate sector without BVG.
These diverse tasks await you:
- You create quotes and process insurance applications in the non-life sectors.
- You professionally support and assist our insurance brokers and broker advisors.
- You have direct contact with brokers and customers by phone.
- You support customer support in the professional area in all non-life sectors.
- You take care of portfolio management, renewals, and the processing of restructurings.
- You take on tasks in premium accounting and correspondence.
- You assist in the preparation of cooperation agreements and take on administrative as well as marketing tasks.
- You actively participate in projects.
- You represent the head of customer support and take responsibility within the team.
- As a trainer, you are also involved in education.
This is what sets you apart:
- You have completed training in the insurance industry and the VBV; a federal specialist certificate is an advantage.
- Your German is confident in spoken and written form.
- French and English are an advantage.
- You work independently, flexibly, and are both sales- and customer-oriented.
