The following tasks await you:
- Management of operational accounting according to REKOLE standard in cooperation with the Head of Finance and Accounting
- Further development of cost accounting, process optimization, and continuation of digitalization
- Timely preparation of performance and cost statistics for external bodies such as ITAR_K, SpiGes, SwissDRG as well as for tariff systems
- Support in the preparation of internal audits
- Active participation in the budgeting process as well as in financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and asset and general ledger accounting
- Professional deputy for the Head of Finance and Accounting

- Further training in the financial sector
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally with solid knowledge in healthcare (REKOLE)
- Proficient handling of ERP system Opale as well as very good Excel skills
- Independent and structured way of working
- Team-oriented personality with flexibility, especially regarding working days and volume
