Our Collaboration and Transformation Team is responsible for Lufthansa Aviation Training's strategic improvement and transformation program. We scrutinize the status quo and identify specific improvement projects and transformation programs for internal implementation with all departments.

To strengthen our Collaboration and Transformation Crew, we are looking for an intern at our Zurich office.

Your daily KATA:

• Support our Collaboration and Transformation team with daily tasks as well as ad hoc requests and thus contribute significantly to the success of the improvement projects and transformation programs
• Take on individual work packages in various transformation projects
• Prepare and follow up workshops and training sessions and support us with coordination and planning
• Create communication materials such as management presentations and training documents
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our transformation program

To get off to a flying start in our Collaboration and Transformation team, your profile should ideally meet the following requirements:

• Completed Bachelor's degree (University/FH/HF) in Economics, Aviation Management, Industrial Engineering or a comparable course of study
• First practical experience through previous internships
• Strong communication skills and confident presentation skills
• Ideally knowledge of lean methods, process automation, strategic quality management, change management and/or PMO
• Business fluent language skills in German (at least C1) and English
• Independent, agile way of working with a high level of personal responsibility
• Enjoy taking on projects independently and playing an active role in shaping them
