Your Tasks
- Active sales of managed service solutions, general IT solutions, and IT full sourcing projects in the SME customer segment
- Processing leads and positioning the offer with potential new customers
- Lead owner for campaigns in the SME segment and in the area of managed services
- Identifying current needs in the cloud and managed services environment with our customers and supporting them with solutions from Bechtle's portfolio
- Creating and presenting offers in collaboration with our specialist departments
- Contract and price negotiations
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Coordinating various activities with customers, including participation in events, roadshows & workshops
- Close collaboration with internal specialist departments
Your Profile
- Experience as an account manager with a focus on cloud and managed IT (preferably as a hunter)
- Confident appearance and a passion for digitalization and innovation topics
- Customer-oriented personality with the ability to build and expand customer networks
- Communicative and team-oriented personality with a joy for inspiring customers
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a goal-oriented and independent working style
- Strong solution orientation and closing skills
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
