Head Chef m/f for Lebanese Specialties 100% Position

For our specialty restaurant Cèdre Bellevue, Schifflände 5, 8001 Zürich, we are looking for THE Lebanese specialty chef and head to lead the kitchen crew:

• You cook with passion!
• You are a master of Mezze, prepare à la carte dishes and desserts.
• You plan, coordinate and lead the staff.
• You are the interface between kitchen and service.
• You speak good German and/or Arabic.

Requirements:

• Completed apprenticeship as a cook in Lebanese cuisine
• Additionally at least 4 years of practical experience as a Lebanese specialty chef
• Leadership experience

Start date: immediately or by arrangement
