Occupational Therapist
(Workload selectable between 80-90%)
These are your tasks:
- Independent planning and implementation of occupational therapy treatments, assessments, and professional consultations
- Support for children and adolescents with severe multiple disabilities and children and adolescents on the autism spectrum
- Assessment, procurement, and adjustment of orthopedic aids
- Close exchange and collaboration within the multidisciplinary support team (school, housing, therapies)
- Collaboration with parents, legal representatives, and external agencies (specialist doctors, cost bearers, etc.)
- Documentation, progress planning, and participation in support discussions and various meetings
What you bring with you:
- Occupational therapist FH/HF or equivalent training with SRK recognition
- Experience, special interest, or a great enthusiasm for the pediatric field
- Knowledge in supporting children and adolescents with movement, perception, and behavioral impairments is an advantage
- Motivation for professional development
- Sense of responsibility, ability to reflect, and high resilience
- Appreciative, open, and resource-oriented attitude towards children, adolescents, and their families or legal representatives
