What we offer

Your tasks

• You pamper our guests with fresh and regional dishes
• Preparation of dishes at various stations such as pizzas
• Assistance in the preparation of hot and cold drinks
• Mise en place for daily operations
• Incoming goods inspection
• Monitoring of kitchen hygiene
• Daily preparation and cleaning tasks (terrace seating, snow removal, etc.)

Your profile

• Experience in gastronomy desired but not required, cooking training is an advantage
• Willingness to work flexible hours and evening shifts
• Physical resilience, reliability, team player, quick comprehension and keeping an overview in stressful situations
• You can communicate in understandable German and understand Swiss German if possible
• Enjoy experiencing a winter season in the Bündner mountains
