Department:DFFIEntity:Financial Service (SFIN)Activities:In connection with the management of receivables of the State, municipalities, and the Confederation, you handle and negotiate complex cases of natural and legal persons who have previously been subject to a deed of default of assets. You undertake all necessary judicial and administrative procedures to recover these receivables. As part of debt relief plans, you gather, analyze, and synthesize economic and social information. Writing internal reports and participating in the decision-making process are part of your responsibilities, as well as reviewing files and providing procedural management advice on behalf of third parties. Additionally, you maintain contacts and take steps with other administrative or para-governmental services, inform the concerned third parties about the status of procedures, and collaborate with debt enforcement offices and courts. You also control financial accounts and perform year-end closing operations related to the managed files.Desired profile:Holder of a commercial maturity diploma, you have several years of professional experience and possess good knowledge of computerized accounting management, common IT tools, as well as the Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act. A perfect command of the French language is essential for this position. Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you demonstrate a good ability to integrate within a team and a good aptitude to work independently. Recognized for your sense of responsibility, organization, analytical skills, and negotiation ease, you also possess qualities such as integrity and interpersonal skills.
