About the job
The DBU corporate group offers comprehensive services in the field of facility services. This includes technical building and infrastructural building management. We serve a demanding clientele in the areas of banking, insurance, property management, and commerce. The corporate group is well-known and active in the Zurich economic area with ongoing geographical expansion.
Tasks
- Direct contact person for customers as well as continuous maintenance of customer contacts
- Responsible for the assigned properties / clients
- Plans and manages the team according to strategic and financial objectives
- Review and optimization of workflows at customers
- Quality assurance of the agreed service delivery
- Maintenance of reporting and documentation records
- Coordinates work/orders with other departments or possibly external service providers
- Deployment planning and time tracking
- Responsible for compliance with all necessary measures in the areas of occupational safety, health, and environmental protection.
- Coordination of washroom products and cleaning materials for the mandates
- Advising customers on cleaning-technical and organizational issues
- Recruitment, leadership, training, and deployment planning of part-time employees (hourly wage staff)
- Acquisition of new customers and processing of offers
- Implementation of new properties
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in facility management or cleaning/hospitality environment with customer contact.
- Strong customer orientation, confident negotiation skills, and structured working style
- Leadership experience
- Service-oriented and responsible
- Strong organizational skills
- Resilient, flexible, and independent of time (morning/evening/weekend)
- Perseverance and assertiveness
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Driver's license category B
- Ideal age 30-55 years
