Four modern clinics with fully equipped operating rooms and ten additional regional specialist centers form our network, which is geographically spread across five different cantons. The ONO Eye Center, with around 130 specialists and over 80,000 treatments per year, is one of the leading private providers. For our OR locations in Wallisellen, Schaffhausen, Weinfelden, Sursee, and Amriswil, we are looking for an

Overall Management OR (80%)

Your area of responsibility:

Responsibility for all OR locations
Personnel and professional leadership of all OR employees
Personnel planning and recruitment
Planning and coordination of daily operations in coordination with regional management
Works in close coordination with regional management and reports directly to them
Instrumenting all ophthalmological as well as plastic and aesthetic surgeries
Preparing the OR tables
Documentation and billing of the OR
Sterilization process, preparation, cleaning, packing
Post-OR tasks, date control, ordering, preparing materials, etc.

Your profile:

You have completed training as an operating room technician.
You already have experience in personnel management.
You preferably have OR professional experience in the field of eye surgery and plastic surgery.
You are a balanced personality, have a networked way of thinking, and appreciate working in a team.
You are looking for a new challenge in a versatile company, are open to learning new things, and to further training internally in this field.
You are also flexible and willing to work at other locations.
