Your Tasks

• You accompany our projects from design to handover with cost calculations, descriptions, and post-calculations
• You are responsible for construction cost controlling
• You participate in specialist planner tenders and HVAC concept evaluations
• You prepare fee offers, contracts, and invoices

Your Profile

• You are a construction cost planner, construction economist, site manager, technician, or architect
• You have several years of professional experience in construction cost planning, ideally also in site management
• You are proficient with MS Office and common industry software (Messerli)
• You work precisely, solution-oriented, and responsibly
• You are a resilient, independent, and flexible personality
