Deputy Ship Manager / Deputy Head of Service (a)

We are looking for a permanent Deputy Ship Manager / Deputy Head of Service (a)
Here is what you will do
- You ensure a smooth daily operation on the ship in the absence of the Ship Manager
- You occasionally manage your own service station
- You welcome, attend to, and bid farewell to guests
- You perform daily accounting and check the accounts of service staff
- You ensure compliance with the hygiene concept (HACCP)
What we expect from you
- You have completed training in gastronomy (EFZ)
- You have good knowledge of food, beverages, and sales
- You speak fluent German; English is a plus
- You enjoy working in a team
- You are motivated, positive, and friendly
