We are looking for a permanent Deputy Ship Manager / Deputy Head of Service (a)

Here is what you will do

You ensure a smooth daily operation on the ship in the absence of the Ship Manager
You occasionally manage your own service station
You welcome, attend to, and bid farewell to guests
You perform daily accounting and check the accounts of service staff
You ensure compliance with the hygiene concept (HACCP)

What we expect from you

You have completed training in gastronomy (EFZ)
You have good knowledge of food, beverages, and sales
You speak fluent German; English is a plus
You enjoy working in a team
You are motivated, positive, and friendly
