Head of Projects & Leadership Support (60 – 80%)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual for the Lindau location to start immediately or by arrangement as

Your main tasks:

• Management and coordination of strategic projects of Strickhof in the field of sustainable food systems (currently implementing the arable farming experimental platform at the new Strickhof location in Uitikon)
• Co-design and implementation of strategies of the Strickhof management for the further development of the competence center
• Ensuring collaboration with stakeholders at the cantonal and national level in the context of education, research, and innovation in agriculture and the food industry
• Preparation of decision-making bases for political bodies and management committees

Our expectations of you:

• Solid experience in project management (certification or proven practice), preferably in the field of agriculture and food industry
• Knowledge of the cantonal decision-making and administrative structures in the canton of Zurich
• Good networking with national actors in education, research, and innovation
• Strong communication and networking skills as well as high self-initiative
