The Customer Service Center actively supports Raiffeisen Switzerland, the Raiffeisen Banks of French-speaking and Italian Switzerland, and the Group companies in achieving their service objectives.
In order to further expand the service, we are looking for a motivated, creative young person with good communication skills to be employed as a Consultant at the Customer Service Center.
- Competent and comprehensive advice oriented to customer needs.
- Continuous assistance and consequent customer loyalty and systematic exploitation of recognized potential.
- Have a proactive approach with a strong entrepreneurial attitude capable of managing challenges and changes, maintaining determination and flexibility even in complex contexts.
- The profile is completed by positive energy and the ability to convey enthusiasm, promoting a collaborative and stimulating climate both with customers and within the team.
- Commercial employee diploma in the banking sector or equivalent training
- SAQ Private Customer certification (constitutes a preferential qualification)
- Good knowledge of a second national language
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Skills in Cross Up-Selling
- Enterprising personality, with excellent interpersonal skills and strongly customer and sales oriented
- Active commitment to the success of the group
- Resident in the region
