This is how you will grow:

• You work on versatile development projects in plant engineering, industry or commercial vehicle environments from the initial idea to successful implementation.
• You actively shape technical concepts, evaluate them and continuously develop them further.
• The design of components and assemblies using modern CAD systems is part of your tasks, as well as accompanying the entire development process and carrying out minor calculation tasks.
• Building and developing sustainable customer relationships in the fields of industry, mobility and commercial vehicles is part of your area of responsibility.
• You identify new business opportunities with new and existing customers at an early stage and develop pioneering engineering projects from them.
• Together with our specialist departments, you analyse technical customer requirements and develop tailored solution approaches.

This is what drives us forward:

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, vehicle technology, design or a comparable technical field
• Initial professional experience in a technical environment, ideally in mechanical engineering, special vehicle construction or industry
• Strong sales orientation and enjoyment in building long-term customer relationships
• Ability to understand technical contexts and advise customers competently
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a confident and convincing manner
• Network in the Swiss industry or mobility sector is an advantage
• Very good Swiss German skills, English skills desirable
