As part of your duties, you will perform the following tasks, among others:- Preparation and execution of all work in the respective production area as agreed
- Proper storage of all food and raw materials
- Participation in inventory, reporting of damages
- Care and cleaning of all work areas and equipment
- Ensuring house-specific and legal hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Training of new employees
- Completed vocational training as a cook or comparable qualification
- Extensive experience in upscale gastronomy/hotellerie
- Creativity and flexibility
