We are looking for a motivated, interested Chef de Partie for the winter season at a 3* hotel in beautiful Graubünden.
You have successfully completed vocational training as a cook as well as 3 to 4 years of professional experience in creative, seasonal cuisine. In addition to your expertise, you are a key support of the kitchen team. You share responsibility for the quality of the dishes, the daily operations in the kitchen, and compliance with hygiene regulations. You are an organizational talent, enjoy working in a team, and are open to new things.
