About the job

YOUR MISSION
Master precision and ensure efficient production.
Set up, adjust and optimise multi-axis CNC screw machines (Star,
Tornos, Miyano, Citizen or equivalents).
Adapt and optimise ISO programmes as well as machining parameters.
Produce complex components while ensuring compliance with quality, precision and
productivity requirements.
Monitor production, perform dimensional checks and ensure process stability.
Participate in the industrialisation of new products and the development of manufacturing processes.
Optimise cycle times, cutting conditions and tool life.
Identify and resolve technical issues in collaboration with production and
methods teams.
Actively contribute to continuous improvement and perform first-level preventive and corrective maintenance.

YOUR EXPERTISE
Mastery of screw machining, autonomy and a sense of precision.
Federal VET Diploma as a production mechanic, screw machining option, or equivalent technical training.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in setting up and operating CNC screw machines.
Very good skills in reading technical drawings and machining complex parts.
Good knowledge of ISO programming, cutting tools and machining processes.
Proficiency with measuring instruments and dimensional checks.
Ability to analyse technical problems and propose improvement solutions.
